Michael Derks
1988 - present

Mike Derks began playing guitar for GWAR in mid-1988 and adopted the character "Balsac". Mike can be heard playing guitar on every GWAR album except "Hell-O". He also played guitar in the Slave Pit side-project "X-Cops" and can be heard on the X-Cop's release "You Have the Right to Remain Silent"

Mike also plays guitar for the "Dave Brockie Experience". Mike is a silent fellow, and other than these few facts, not much else is known of him.
